DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing professional, friendly, and efficient support to customers via phone and digital channels

Managing and coordinating customer enquiries and appointments

Handling and processing customer requests within the ERP system

Assisting customers with travel planning and related arrangements

Checking and confirming incoming payments

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role
-
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
-
Confident and professional telephone manner

Strong PC skills and comfort working with internal systems

Flexible to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends- Latest shift till 23:30

A friendly, positive, and approachable personality
