This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the global HR function in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You’ll lead initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance—playing a key role in shaping company culture and supporting long-term growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute global HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.

Lead international recruitment to attract diverse top talent.

Ensure HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Champion employee development through training programs.

Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a global or regional leadership role.

Proven success in fast-moving, high-growth or tech-driven environments.

Strong understanding of international labor laws and HR compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
