An international group of companies offering digital solutions, are working in partnership with GRS to recruit a Graphic & Web Designer to join their team in Nicosia. This successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. The growth plans of this company make this a great opportunity to join their Nicosia based team as a Graphic & Web Designer.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creating the websites’ designs, page layout, digital graphics - all within the company’s brand standards.
  • Creating websites’ designs, page layout and digital graphics.
  • Produce animations and manipulate digital photographs.
  • Create Native banners and pop-ups for various websites and applications.
  • Design buttons and other controls for the site.
  • Develop engaging and responsive landing pages.
  • Create design elements for use in social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Video and audio editing for various Ads used for promoting our clients’ websites.
  • Test to optimise sites for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Conduct market research and to consistently seek out new interactive technologies designed to improve our online presence.
  • Follow strict quality checking procedures to deliver a high quality, professional product to the company’s agreed standards.
  • Work with other web specialists, including web developers and graphic designers as well as marketers in various projects.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • BA in Web Design or any other relevant field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in the graphic and web design industry.
  • Able to use tools like Adobe Creative Suite CC (Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Follow the latest design and web trends, techniques and technologies.
  • Adaptable and willing to expand your knowledge and skills.
  • Prioritising tasks - project time management skills, meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Creativity, imagination, patience and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage.
