MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead all financial activities within the Group, ensuring efficient capital and resource allocation for sustainable growth.

Team Development & Leadership: Guide and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of control, compliance, and best practices.

Daily Financial Oversight: Maintain high standards of financial control, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and reconciliation of discrepancies.

Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and a Delegation of Authority to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

Financial & Management Reporting: Oversee accounting records, financial statements, regulatory filings, and monthly management reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Operational Excellence: Champion process improvements to enhance productivity within the finance function.

Audit & Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with auditors to streamline audit processes and ensure compliance with minimal adjustments.

Problem Solving & Decision-Making: Address complex financial challenges and recommend effective solutions to support strategic goals.

Liquidity & Cash Management: Partner with trading and dealing teams to ensure adequate liquidity, serving as an authorized signatory on bank accounts.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with other departments to support new product launches and enhance cross-functional processes.

Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee VAT and other tax matters, ensuring all regulatory reporting is accurate and timely.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Extensive expertise in accounting, finance principles, and business operations within complex, multi-entity environments.

Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement profitability-enhancing strategies.

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

Solid leadership experience in finance, with a background in multiple jurisdictions.

Proficiency in regulatory and tax reporting, IFRS standards, and financial consolidations.

Strong collaboration skills, particularly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
