A leading global tech company with offices worldwide, including Cyprus, is partnering with GRS Recruitment to find a highly skilled and experienced Global Legal Counsel for their Cyprus operations. The successful candidate will provide legal support for the company, assisting in a variety of legal areas including corporate, employment law, commercial contracts, real estate, and financial matters. The role requires an individual with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced and global business environment.

Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of legal documents and agreements, including NDAs, LOIs, master service agreements, supplier and customer contracts, and more.

Provide legal advice and guidance to internal business teams on various aspects of the Group’s operations, helping to mitigate legal risks while supporting business goals.

Advise on employment law matters, ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant regulations.

Review, draft, and negotiate lease agreements in accordance with company requirements.

Conduct legal research, assess legal risks, and communicate these risks effectively while balancing them with the Group’s business priorities.

Oversee daily corporate compliance activities for all Group entities, including drafting minutes for Board of Directors and General Assembly meetings, and filing with relevant regulatory authorities, banks, etc.

Work closely with other members of the global legal team on various strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.

A Bachelor's degree in Law and an LLM are required.

Minimum of 7 years of legal practice experience, either in a large law firm or as in-house counsel, ideally advising large multinational corporations. Experience in general corporate matters is highly desirable.

Previous experience advising large local and multinational corporations, preferably with exposure to general corporate matters.

Ability to work effectively as part of a global and matrixed project team structure.

Strong skills in contract review, drafting, and negotiation, including the ability to work with standard templates and adjust them for specific business needs.
