GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a successful and established brand based in central Limassol who are currently searching for a Growth Strategist to work in partnership with the Management enhance and develop their product offering and service solutions. The Growth Strategist will oversee the strategic and operational management of the division, with a primary focus on driving business growth, enhancing partnership opportunities, and playing a key role in all business decisions. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the division’s strategic direction
  • Lead the tactical initiatives required for the successful execution of the products
  • Continuously update and adjust the business plan to align with industry trends and feedback
  • Design and implement expansion strategies that align with broader business goals
  • Develop and manage sponsorship programs aligned with the brands goals
  • Design sponsorship packages tailored to partners needs and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure innovative and profitable offerings
  • Track and evaluate partnership performance for continuous improvement
  • Serve as the key business stakeholder, defining and prioritizing requirements 
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain a customer-centric focus
  • Connect business requirements with customer profiles to deliver value
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Solid experience in the trading/ Forex/ Fintech industry
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level or the equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  •  In-depth knowledge of the online trading industry, including market trends, key players and advancements
  •  Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans
  • Experience in business development or marketing, including market expansion and partnership development
  • Proficiency in utilizing business intelligence tools and data analytics to inform decision-making and strategic planning
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets, financial reports and business plans
  •  Skilled in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends, competitor strategies and customer needs
  •  Deep understanding of customer profiles and personas for Events and partnerships
