We are seeking an individual with strong commercial awareness, able to identify and develop effective commercial strategies for improved growth, ideally from the iGaming sector. The prime location of their Limassol office and rewarding culture makes this a great opportunity to join this growing international company as a Head of Commercial.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the commercial team, set targets and KPI’s according to the business strategy.

Mentoring and coaching team to drive success.

Responsible for developing and implementing effective commercial strategies.

Conduct in-depth market research for commercial opportunities.

Responsible for the planning of various commercial opportunities such as business expansion and development.

Become part of the leadership team of the casino unit to drive financial performance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
3+ years of experience as a Commercial Manager, Sales Leader, Business Development Manager or a similar position in the sales industry.

2+ years of background experience in the iGaming industry or similar industries.

English Language fluency.

Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement.

Ability to manage customer relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong commercial acumen and business understanding.

Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Excellent leadership qualities.

Broad understanding of researching and negotiation skills.
