MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the European sales team, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion.
- Ensure the team adheres to regulatory guidelines and provides accurate, transparent information to clients.
- Oversee staff operations, assign tasks, and follow up on results.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve products and processes.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in sales leadership, managing regional teams across European markets.
- Strong understanding of the industry and European market dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
