GRS Recruitment is seeking a Head of Growth & Strategy – Events on behalf of a well-established group of companies based in Limassol. This senior leadership opportunity offers responsibility for the strategic direction, growth, and commercial success of a portfolio of international event brands. Working closely with the COO of Events, the successful candidate will lead market expansion initiatives, drive business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to maximise performance and long-term value.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute the growth strategy for a portfolio of international event brands.

Identify new markets, audience segments, revenue streams and expansion opportunities.

Drive commercial growth through strategic partnerships, sponsorship opportunities and product innovation.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer insights to enhance brand positioning.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to maximise audience growth and commercial performance.

Lead post-event reviews and implement initiatives that improve attendee, sponsor and partner value.

Align cross-functional teams around growth objectives, commercial priorities and long-term strategy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events, Communications or a related field.

8+ years' experience within fintech, financial services, events, media or commercial growth roles.

Strong understanding of the fintech, online trading and financial services ecosystem.

Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable business results.

Experience working closely with commercial, marketing, partnerships and product teams.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

Data-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€65,000 - €84,000 Gross Per Annum
