MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
HR Duties
Dealing with:

Recruitment & dismissal of employees (incl. but not limited to preparation of offers, contract of employments, dealing with work permits and related documents, etc.).

Performance management, incl. reports.

Dealing with employee grievances and disputes
-
Keeping up to date employees records and files (incl. docs for visa applications) and org. chart
-
Keeping vacation and sickness register
-
Dealing with employees expense reports
-
Keeping register of certified persons, training register (especially CPD register), registration with CySec.

Develop and keeping up to date Human Resources policies and procedures
-
HR data and analytics, incl. budget monitoring.

Keeping employees informed re all policies and procedures of the company
-
Assistance to employees with business trips and other business related needs, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for employees

Perform other HR related functions
-
Assist with basic financial tasks, such as arranging invoices, documents, etc.

Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Executive directors
-
Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
-
Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required
-
Assisting in general admin and hospitality duties if required, including undertaking occasional reception duties
Administrative Duties
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with company’s correspondence and phone calls (incl. pick up and delivery of parcels and documents from / to post and couriers)
- Draft, proofread, and edit documents and correspondence; filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases as instructed by Executive directors
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Ensure the office is well-organised and presentable
- Manage office supplies (stationary, water and food supplies and small office equipment (according to budget)), place orders as needed, and maintain inventory
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- High (preferable MA) in human resource or similar disciplines
- 5+ years in similar position

Strong administration and communication skills.

Highly organized
-
Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledge of Cyprus labor laws and regulations

A high level of confidentiality.

Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
