A well-established and well-capitalised Fintech firm whose mission is serve a one-stop solution meeting investors' financial needs. are working with GRS to recruit a Head of Human Resources to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of Human Resource experience with working knowledge of the Forex sector. This is an exciting opportunity to make an instrumental difference in their global HR function at a group level, galvanizing the employee experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process globally.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety etc.
  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development etc.
  • Oversee all HR initiatives, HRIS / HRMS systems, and databases.
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel and office administrators and provide guidance.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with third party providers.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
  • Report directly to the CEO and provide decision support through HR metric.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven working experience as Head of HR, HR Executive or HR Specialist, for a minimum of 4 years.
  • University degree in HRM or a related field of study.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and HRMS systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • A proven ability in owning, managing, and implementing diverse HR projects.
  • Hands-on experience in 360 recruitment processes, performance management and creating and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Experience in managing business and employee relations at management level.
  • An innovative mindset and creative abilities in developing new strategies & solutions.
  • A collaborative spirit and self-starter.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
