We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of IT & Product Development to lead our client's technology function and drive the development of cutting-edge fintech solutions within the Forex and online trading space. This is a key hands on leadership role, responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals, overseeing system infrastructure, and ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technological innovation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape and drive the technical vision and strategy of the company to support business objectives and scalable growth.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of innovative technologies that offer a competitive edge and enhance user experience.
- Lead the development and delivery of fintech products, with a strong focus on trading platforms, CRM systems, and regulatory technology.
- Manage and optimize the system infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security across all operations.
- Proactively identify technology gaps, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks; implement solutions to address them efficiently.
- Define and enforce IT governance, security protocols, and company-wide technology policies.
- Track performance of technology initiatives and ensure efficient resource allocation across teams and projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership to ensure technology strategy is fully integrated with overall business plans.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Extensive experience in a senior technology leadership role within the Forex, online trading, or fintech industry.
- Proven track record in driving technology strategy and leading high-performing development teams.
- Strong understanding of technological trends and innovations within trading, payments, and digital financial services.
- Expertise in designing and implementing robust IT systems and infrastructures.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms commonly used in online trading such as Salesforce, SugarCRM, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape in online trading and the ability to build compliant and scalable solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
