DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic legal direction, overseeing all legal operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Lead a skilled legal team and coordinate with multiple external law firms to achieve excellence.

Guarantee compliance across various jurisdictions while proactively managing legal risks.

Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on governance, finance, M&A, digital asset regulation, and other critical legal issues.

Manage complex disputes, work with external counsel, and achieve favorable outcomes in litigation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, investors, partners, and internal teams.

Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of high-value contracts, safeguarding the organization’s interests.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in legal leadership, especially in finance, fintech, or digital asset sectors.
