MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for end-to-end marketing strategy, planning and execution for all markets.

Lead a transformation of our approach to marketing in Emerging Markets.

Leverage owned and earned media, as well as partnerships, as a key growth driver in markets where we adopt a predominantly reverse enquiry model.

Line management of marketing management and execution for the geography

Partnering with the Head of Emerging Markets, forming a key part of their leadership team and contributing to the broader growth plan for their markets.

Partnering with internal and external agencies and colleagues to step-change the effectiveness of our marketing processes and activities

Be an active member of the Europe and Emerging Markets Marketing Leadership team
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A seasoned and passionate strategic B2C marketing leader, you’ll have demonstrable experience of growing a business through an innovative approach to marketing leveraging owned and earned media.

A detailed understanding of marketing in unregulated or unlicensed markets, and on how to maximise growth opportunities in this environment.

Using data and insight to drive and inform end-to-end marketing plans will be one of your core skills, and you’ll have been responsible for owning the planning process for numerous budgeting cycles in large organisations.

An experienced and inspiring leader who’s built, developed and lead teams across multiple geographies.

Being comfortable operating in a matrix environment is essential, as you’ll be partnering with marketing and geographic leaders as you devise and deliver your plans.

Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Malaysian or Spanish would all be a benefit.
