MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support the Merchant Operations team
- Maintain and grow merchant relationships to drive retention
- Oversee daily payment activities and resolve issues promptly
- Manage relationships with PSPs, acquirers, and payment partners
- Act as the escalation point for merchant and payment matters
- Identify improvements to enhance payment performance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3–4 years’ experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
- Experience in merchant/account management or payment operations
- Good understanding of payment flows and transaction lifecycle
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Merchant satisfaction and retention
- Payment approval rates and system uptime
