On behalf of our client, a leading professional services organisation, GRS are recruiting a Head of Sales who will report to the Director in Malta. The selected candidate will be driven, ambitious and enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment. In this role you ​​develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and own the annual sales plan.
  • Be directly involved in generating and closing sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and client account managers team.
  • Develop and implement branding strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance market presence and employer branding.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities.
  • Own the sales and marketing processes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • ​Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • ​Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.​
  • Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in developing, leading and managing sales and marketing teams.
  • ​Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term sales and marketing plans.
  • ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
