On behalf of our client, a FMCG Comapny based in Malta, GRS Recruitment is currently seeking to recruit a Head of Sales and Marketing to lead the respective teams and drive the overall growth strategy for the organization. The Head of Sales and Marketing will report to the General Manager and is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the Marketing and Sales Departments in support of the company’s business strategy, with a focus on growing revenue, increasing market share, and contributing to overall company growth and profitability. This leadership role involves developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with our principals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving market expansion and brand development within the FMCG industry.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, brand management, and market expansion.
- Strong experience in business planning, budget management, and achieving financial targets.
- Expertise in driving sales growth in competitive markets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in management is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and advanced analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in customer segmentation, targeting, and relationship-building strategies.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing large-scale budgets.
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing market conditions.
