GRS Recruitment are searching for an experienced and dynamic Limassol based Head of Sales B2B to play a key role in driving growth and expanding our business through strategic partnerships within the payments sector. This leadership position will focus on developing and nurturing B2B relationships across various sectors, including finance, retail, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales or partnership development, ideally within the financial services or fintech industries.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish key B2B partnerships to promote our payment solutions across diverse sectors, driving long-term business growth.

Sales Strategy Execution: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy targeting B2B clients, overseeing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, helping to refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to align partnership goals, optimize service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction.

Represent the Company: Act as an ambassador for the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and maintain a strong industry presence.

Client Relationship Management: Manage and cultivate relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about regulatory frameworks (e.g., PSD2), electronic money services, and payment processing systems to offer expert advice and solutions to clients.
