MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting, assisting clients and handling any of their queries

Assess and settle health insurance claims

Assist with general administrative tasks

Maintain updated and accurate records

Provide an excellent level of customer service
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Have at least 2 years working in an office environment

Must have an O’ Level standard of education or above

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese
-
Be organised and meticulous in their work

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Be proficient in the use of MS Office applications

Perform with integrity, empathy and Team-Spirit
