GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a very well-established and well-known Shipping company recruiting for the position of HR Administrator Assistant  to be based in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure mandatory crew documentation is on file prior to crew embarkation.
  • Researching travel solution and booking flight, train, bus tickets for our crew
  • Participate in cross training for Crew Visa.
  • Online registration and de-registration of  crew with the health insurance company.
  • Provide administrative support to Visa Operations Manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Experience in shipping is an advantage
  • Good organizational and communicational skills are required
  • Flexible and able to cope with pressure when immediate changes are needed
  • A team player with attention to detail and an independent working style
  • Fluent in the English language (verbal and written). German is an advantage
  • Indefinite working permit for Cyprus/EU.
