DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Arrange and participate in interviews

Present an introductory presentation to the new employees

Arrange and coordinate corporate events
-
Prepare the Job Descriptions for new vacancies.

Publish any new vacancies, collect and filter CVs and provide them with the departmental manager for review.

Keep records of holidays, training and seminars
-
Arrange and keep records of yearly appraisals
-
Prepare board resolutions and minutes
-
Responsible for administration tasks of the office, like ordering stationery & office materials etc.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree
-
English at a high level (read, speech and written); Greek consider an advantage.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
