GRS Recruitment are working with an international organization that specializes in Oil and Gas Industry and are currently looking to recruit an HR Coordinator for the Limassol based office. The HR Coordinator will support the HR department by ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This role encloses recruitment & selection, performance, training and development, employee onboarding & offboarding, HR & payroll administration, benefits, policies & procedures related tasks. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then an attractive remuneration package will be offered for this Limassol based HR Coordinator position.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage annual health insurance renewals.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate regular performance appraisals with Heads of Departments, in line with corporate guidelines, to support employee development.
  • Handle all applications related to training and employment grants.
  • Maintain a training database and organize respective trainings.
  • Gather recruitment needs from managers/supervisors.
  • Create and update job descriptions as needed.
  • Post job adverts online, on network platforms, and on the company notice board.
  • Conduct interviews in collaboration with the Head of Department.
  • Compile recruitment recommendations & Screen CVs.
  • Extend job offers and employment contracts to selected candidates
  • Coordinate the necessary forms at the engagement stage.
  • Ensure that employment contracts are duly signed.
  • Conduct induction training for new employees.
  • Manage medical tests and maintain fitness for work certifications.
  • Follow up on the termination process for employees who resign.
  • Conduct exit interviews and compile feedback reports.
  • Support the delivery of comprehensive HR processes.
  • Keep managers informed about contract expirations and probation periods.
  • Act as a Business Partner to support employee development and implement processes
  • Compile monthly payroll.
  • Manage and maintain personnel records in compliance with GDPR.
  • Ensure the payroll system has accurate records.
  • Process final pay for terminated employees and ensure the return of company properties.
  • Issue monthly payroll reports to the Country Manager and Corporate HR.
  • Maintain records of employee leaves (vacation, sick, injury) and follow up as necessary.
  • Archive personnel documents correctly.
  • Support general administrative tasks and help organize and coordinate policies and procedures.
  • Assist employees with issues affecting work performance.
  • Ensure all employees are well-informed about company policies and procedures and ensure their consistent implementation.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance.
  • Address employee complaints and provide feedback to foster a better working environment.
  • Responsible for coordinating corporate social responsibility events, fundraising activities, and related initiatives.
  • Engage with community partners and stakeholders to promote and enhance the company's CSR efforts.
  • Plan and execute events that align with the company’s CSR objectives and increase employee participation and engagement.
  • Assist employees and management with queries about company benefits and entitlements.
  • Represent the company with clients, contractors, and governmental entities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, with a thorough knowledge of Cypriot Employment Law and local immigration regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems, and adept at learning new technical systems as needed.
  • MQF Level 5 in business studies or an HR-related certificate/diploma.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll computation.
  • Ensure & understand the importance of confidential information that the HR department holds.
  • Detailed-oriented, well organized, and able to adhere to deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Greek.
  • Must possess a clean driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
  • Reporting and Presentation skills
  • Able to multi-task with minimum supervision.
