A well-established real estate group of companies is looking for a Junior HR Administrator to join their team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have some previous HR experience and speak fluent Greek and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organize and maintain personnel records.

Update internal databases (e.g., annual leave).

Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment agreements).

Revise and update company policies.
-
Assist with employees' queries about HR-related issues.

Assist in the recruitment process.
-
Assist in performance management processes.
-
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
-
Participate in HR projects (e.g., career fairs).
-
Support the development and implementation of Delfi Academy.
-
Undertake any other HR specific duties as required by the Group HR Manager.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

BSc in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Proven work experience as an HR Administrator (at least 6 months).

Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Basic knowledge of labour legislation.
