The successful candidate will be a university graduate with previous experience in a related role, along with a high fluency in English. As a performance orientated agency, they work closely with their clients to reach their goals and exceed their expectations.   • Assist the team on a daily basis with any procedurals and related tasks
  • Assist with interviews, engage and train individuals who will be providing services to clients through the platform
  • Help with reporting, analysing and evaluating the performance of freelancers and provide insights to Management
  • Contribute towards side projects and ideas that will optimise and enhance the quality of services offered to clients
  • Educated to university degree level in Human Resources, Management / Administration, or any other relevant field.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to properly manage tasks and time.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language (both verbal & writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage.
  • High level of computer literacy skills, including Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
  • Discretionary performance bonus
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00(flexi hour) with a 30-minute lunch break
