MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate employee records. This includes ensuring that all HR databases are up-to-date and fully compliant.
  • Assist in preparing and, when necessary, amending HR documents such as employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process by coordinating interviews, posting job ads, and helping to onboard new employees.
  • Work closely with the payroll department to provide up-to-date employee information, such as leave balances and sick days. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Be the go-to person for employees with HR-related queries. From answering questions about policies to assisting with employment paperwork, you’ll provide valuable support across the organization.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws, HR regulations, and company policies. Your knowledge will ensure that the company remains compliant with all legal requirements and best practices.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources management or a related field is essential.
  • Previous years of experience in a similar role. Hands-on experience in HR will allow you to hit the ground running and add value from day one.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Greek and English is critical.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are a must. You should be a team player, approachable, and always ready to assist others.
  • You’ll need to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. The ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively will ensure you succeed in this fast-paced role.
  • A high level of initiative is required to anticipate needs and take proactive steps. Confidentiality is also critical, as you will handle sensitive employee information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential to effectively manage HR documents and reports.
  • Familiarity with EXELSYS HR software will be a significant advantage.
