DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking events) to proactively identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess applicants' qualifications against job requirements to identify top candidates.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing guidance and feedback to hiring managers to facilitate effective decision-making.

Candidate Management: Maintain consistent communication with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand department needs and ensure alignment on role requirements and recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding: Promote our company’s brand and culture to candidates and contribute to building a positive employer reputation.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes, enhancing the candidate experience and improving hiring outcomes.

Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction) to evaluate the success of recruitment efforts and inform strategic decision-making.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered as advantage.

At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within Hospitality Industry.

Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.

Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .
