DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and pre-screen top-tier candidates across a variety of functions, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right roles quickly and effectively.

Craft compelling and inclusive job descriptions that reflect our brand and attract high-quality applicants; publish them across key job boards, social media, and industry platforms.

Actively source, connect, and build relationships with potential candidates using tools like LinkedIn, online communities, and talent databases—always staying one step ahead of hiring needs.

Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently while ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate.

Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit, presenting only the best to hiring managers.

Maintain and update our internal talent database with precision, ensuring candidate records, notes, and workflows are always accurate and current.

Support recruitment compliance by making sure all hiring activities adhere to internal policies and employment regulations, maintaining fairness and integrity at every step
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR function, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.

Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage, inform, and build trust with candidates and colleagues alike.

Highly organized and detail-driven, able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously without missing a beat.

Proficient in using recruitment technologies, social media, and sourcing tools to uncover and attract great talent.

Agile and adaptable, with a flexible mindset and the ability to pivot as hiring needs evolve.
