MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain a comprehensive log of assigned tasks for consistency and contingency.

Organize and maintain online personnel records.

Handle all administrative duties.

Manage online payroll T&A.
-
Respond to employees' HR-related queries.

Assist with employee onboarding and termination processes.

Reply to internal and external emails promptly.
-
Assist with the preparation for in-house training programs.
-
Demonstrate knowledge of Health, Hygiene, and Fire Safety policies.

Coordinate company/unit events and encourage staff participation.
-
Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or operations.

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Fluent in both Maltese and English.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Professional, mature, and smart disposition.
-
Ability to work on own initiative and flexible hours.
-
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
-
Knowledge of Maltese Employment Law.
-
Experience with HR Management systems is an asset.
