GRS Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a Permanent HR Executive to join a distinguished Legal company based in Malta. Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and is seeking a talented and experienced individual to enhance their Human Resources function.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage recruitment pipelines for support staff, including initial screenings, attending interviews with HR management and ensuring smooth execution of onboarding process.
- Registration of employees’ engagement and termination with Jobsplus.
- Responsibility for the recruitment process and day-to-day management of summer/seasonal workers.
- Support HR management with the Summer Internship Programme for law students.
- Assist with the recruitment process and onboarding of legal staff.
- Help organise and coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for statistical purposes.
- Provide support in performance appraisals and employee feedback procedures.
- Review and support with implementation and maintenance of the HR Handbook, HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues in a timely and confidential manner.
- Support management to create a positive working environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum of 3 years in an HR role
- Strong understanding of HR principles, local employment law and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with payroll systems.
- Proficiency in HR systems.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field would be considered an asset
