DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with Managing Partners to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the firm’s goals.

Advise leadership on employment law, HR best practices, and workforce planning.

Support organisational development and succession planning initiatives.

Coordinate interviews and provide guidance on hiring decisions.

Oversee onboarding and probation processes to ensure smooth integration.

Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

Provide guidance on performance management and conduct issues.

Promote a professional, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.

Support Partners in delivering structured feedback.

Identify training and development needs.

Manage benefits administration (leave, insurance, pensions, etc.).

Conduct salary benchmarking and support remuneration reviews.

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
5+ years’ HR experience, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.

Strong knowledge of employment legislation.
-
Experience managing HR as a standalone or senior HR generalist role preferred.
-
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-
Greek language is a must

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable operating both strategically and operationally.

Commercial awareness within a professional services environment.
