MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations

Ensure compliance with Maltese employment laws and insurance regulations

Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR policies

Supervise daily operations and improve internal processes

Manage office administration, records, and facilities

Support audits, compliance, and corporate governance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in HR, Business, or related field
-
5+ years’ HR experience (insurance/financial services preferred)

Knowledge of Maltese labour law

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
