MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with Maltese employment laws and insurance regulations
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR policies
  • Supervise daily operations and improve internal processes
  • Manage office administration, records, and facilities
  • Support audits, compliance, and corporate governance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years’ HR experience (insurance/financial services preferred)
  • Knowledge of Maltese labour law
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
