DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (clinical, technical, operational, and administrative roles)
  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Support founders and management with workforce planning and organizational growth
  • Develop performance management, evaluation, and feedback frameworks
  • Promote a positive, high-performance, and mission-driven company culture
  • Handle employee relations, contracts, compliance, and HR administration
  • Coordinate training, professional development, and internal learning initiatives
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources (Medical or startup or fast-growing company experience is a strong plus)
  • Excellent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Strong understanding of any HR systems (Workday, Rippling, BambooHR, Gusto, Zoho People) and experience in using HRIS, HRMS, HCM, Recruitment/ATS, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and more
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently
  • High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes unstructured environment
