GRS Recruitment are looking for a proactive and organised HR Officer to support our growing international organisation. Reporting to the HR Manager, your main focus will be HR operations, onboarding and employee experience, including helping complete and launch our HR system. You will also support recruitment for selected vacancies and provide cover when required, with opportunities for greater involvement as the department develops.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of the HR system, including its recruitment functionality, ensuring accurate employee records and HR reporting.
  • Coordinate employment documentation and employee lifecycle administration, including probation reviews, employment changes and o􀆯boarding.
  • Coordinate onboarding with managers and relevant departments, supporting new employees throughout their joining process.
  • Prepare and coordinate accurate employee information and changes for payroll, and administer employee benefits.
  • Contribute to the preparation and rollout of the employee handbook, HR procedures and guidelines, and provide routine HR support to employees and managers.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
  • Support recruitment for assigned vacancies, including advertising, candidate screening, initial interviews and coordination with hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
  • Coordinate international hiring and onboarding requirements with relevant colleagues and external advisers, taking account of employment, work authorisation and relocation considerations.
  • Help improve HR processes and support additional HR activities and projects as the department develops and the organisation grows.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least three years of HR generalist experience, with a strong background in employment administration, onboarding, payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Hands-on experience in HR system setup, implementation and ongoing administration.
  • Practical recruitment experience, including screening and interviewing, together with experience supporting international hires and their joining requirements.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, discretion and the ability to manage assigned activities independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in Microsoft O􀆯ice; Greek or another language will be considered an advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €24,000 - €30,000 Gross Per Annum.
