MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Being actively involved in the recruitment cycle

Assisting in the onboarding process

Arranging staff training and performance reviews

Maintaining personnel records

Keep employee leave records updated

Handle HR software, analyze data and prepare reports

Assisting in AdHoc Projects

General administrative tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field
-
Highly organized and disciplined approached to administration and record keeping
-
Great communication skills in English – both verbal and written.

Computer literate
-
High level of integrity and confidentiality
