GRS Recruitment is working in close partnership with a leading online brand that is searching for a passionate and people centric Human Resources Manager to join their team in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development efforts.
  • Assist with daily HR operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across the team.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Partner with department heads to define staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes, including goal setting and feedback.
  • Provide coaching to managers on performance management and employee development.
  • Serve as a key contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Promote a positive work culture through open communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR activities for senior leadership.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of Cyprus labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
