DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing and monitoring client account applications

Reviewing and verifying KYC documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Updating and maintaining internal systems with detailed and accurate information

Liaising with internal departments (Sales, Compliance, Finance) to ensure smooth operations

Assisting clients with documentation requests and general account-related queries
-
Identifying discrepancies and escalating issues when necessary

Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks

Performing administrative and operational duties as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Languages: Native Hungarian. Must also be fluent in English

University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Previous experience in Back Office, KYC, Compliance, or a similar role within the financial sector will be considered an advantage

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
