DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processing and monitoring client account applications
  • Reviewing and verifying KYC documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Updating and maintaining internal systems with detailed and accurate information
  • Liaising with internal departments (Sales, Compliance, Finance) to ensure smooth operations
  • Assisting clients with documentation requests and general account-related queries
  • Identifying discrepancies and escalating issues when necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks
  • Performing administrative and operational duties as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Languages: Native Hungarian. Must also be fluent in English
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Back Office, KYC, Compliance, or a similar role within the financial sector will be considered an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High work ethic and willingness to learn and develop
  • The position involves residency in Limassol, Cyprus
