MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the processing of immigration applications and related documentation.

Maintain and update client records and databases accurately.

Provide administrative support to the consultancy team as required.

Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and advise on application status.

Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with relevant immigration legislation and policies.

Collect correct paperwork needed for immigration purposes
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in Administration or Office Support.

Background experience in Consultancy Services is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
