DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospect new institutional clients across Cyprus and around the world—your territory has no limits.
  • Build, manage, and expand your own book of business.
  • Develop strong relationships with brokers, prop firms, and industry players.
  • Promote our multi-asset liquidity offerings, trading platforms, and white-label solutions.
  • Represent us at expos, trade shows, and networking events in the FX and CFD space.
  • Identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that make clients say yes.
  • Lock in favorable deals that benefit both sides.
  • Be their go-to person, providing ongoing support and insight.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop sales strategies and expand market presence.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
  • Cross-sell fintech, EMI, and crypto services from our wider group where relevant.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience in B2B institutional sales or business development within Forex/FinTech.
  • A book of business you can hit the ground running with.
  • Strong knowledge of CFDs, FX, and institutional liquidity solutions.
  • Fluent in English (bonus points for other languages!).
  • A go-getter attitude—self-driven, proactive, and results-focused.
  • Top-notch negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities like a pro.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
