We’re seeking a results-oriented Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional finance, partnering with internal stakeholders to unlock value through analytics, automation, and strategic insight. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the expense reimbursement process by preparing relevant documentation.
  • Accurately record financial transactions and maintain appropriate supporting documentation.
  • Prepare periodic deposits of cheques/cash in line with established procedure.
  • Assist in handling client, supplier, or internal queries addressed to the finance function.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, receivables, payables, and general ledger balances
  • Process payments to the Firm's suppliers and ensure that these are issued on time and following the necessary internal procedures.
  • Generate and send periodic client invoices and account statements in accordance with established procedures, and issue ad hoc invoices as required.
  • Ensure payments to the relevant authorities, such as VAT, Social Security, Inland Revenue, etc, are issued accurately and on time.
  • Prepare VAT returns and liaise with tax authorities as required.
  • Prepare and compile monthly management accounts.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Hold an MQF level 6 in Accounting or Finance or in the process of doing the ACCA exams
  • At least 2 years of experience working in finance and/or accounting
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Be able to use Office productivity suite and relevant IT Systems
