The successful candidate must have previous proven experience in recruitment and will be tasked to recruit talented professionals on a regional scale. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaising with senior management to identifying current and future hiring needs

Advertising job openings online via a variety of job boards and social media channels

Screening suitable candidates via a variety of channels including Skype and the telephone

Review resumes

Develop job descriptions as well as job specifications

Build relationships with candidates

Search job sites for potential hires
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Excellent command of the English language

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Excellent computer skills

Familiar with HR databases

Experience with recruiting software

Previous experience as a recruitment consultant or in house recruiter/ head-hunter is s must!
