GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with an international Wealth Management Brand in Limassol who are searching for a talented and detail-oriented Investment Analyst with a solid background in Venture Capital Funds to join the team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightness minds in the industry and work as part of a growing team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Work closely with Investment Committee on investment transaction pipeline.

Cover both partial screening of investment proposals as well as monitoring and reporting on existing investments in the portfolio.

Individually and independently closing out investment transactions once approved

Liaising with supporting service providers: Legal, administrators, financial departments

Work with existing portfolio companies.

Deep analysis of portfolio investee company performance, management, risks and exposures.

Presentation preparation on request for scenarios such as syndicated deals and presentations to management or co-investors.

Close work with company directors and company CFO.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous experience with VC Funds is a must for this role

Extensive experience within a similar role
-
Educated to degree level or the equivalent in Finance, Business Management or similar

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Excellent skills with MS office especially with Excel and PowerPoint

Fluency in English is a must, a fluency in Russian would be advantageous
