Our client, a reputable Consultancy Services company based in Nicosia, is seeking a dedicated ISO Consultant to join their team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake and implement consulting projects relating to international Management System standards, including:

ISO 9001 – Quality Management System

ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System

ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System

ISO 50001 – Energy Management System

ISO 13485 – Quality Management System for Medical Devices

ISO 39001 – Road Traffic Safety Management System

ISO 37001 – Anti-Bribery Management System
- Prepare written Risk Assessments through a professional approved by the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) as an External Occupational Health and Safety Protection Service Provider (EXYPP).
- Investigate and assess clients’ existing situations through Gap Analysis and Assessment, identify needs, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement, and develop appropriate action plans for the development and implementation of the relevant Management System.
- Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities for clients’ management teams and employees, with the aim of ensuring the proper implementation and maintenance of Management Systems.
- Support and guide clients throughout all stages of the certification process conducted by independent Certification Bodies, including audit preparation, management of audit findings, and monitoring of corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company’s services by identifying emerging market needs, submitting proposals, and participating in the design of new or improved consulting services.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University degree in a field related to Sustainability, Energy Management, Environmental Science/Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, or another related discipline.
- A postgraduate degree in one of the above fields will be considered an additional qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in a consulting role, as an internal auditor, or in Quality, Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance, or IT/Security departments, with involvement in ISO management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
- Information Security and Business Continuity (ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
- Risk Management and Governance (ISO 31000, internal control frameworks).
- Training and/or certifications as an Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor for relevant standards will be considered a significant advantage.
- Approved Vocational Training Trainer (EEΚ – Level 5) by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA/AnAD).
- Approval from the Department of Labour Inspection (DLI) and registration in the DLI Register of Approved Persons for the provision of External Protection and Prevention Services (EXYPP), in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legislation, to provide specialized consulting services in Occupational Health and Safety. This qualification will be considered a significant advantage for preparing written Risk Assessments at the company’s clients’ premises.
- Very good command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €24,000 – €36,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
