DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to internal end users.

Keep track of issues and queries raised by end users through our ticket Service Desk.

Investigate and resolve IT related issues.

Administer IT systems.
-
Monitor backup and perform restore operations.
-
Monitor vulnerabilities on all IT Assets and Deploy patches and updates as necessary.

Preparation of laptops and installation of company applications.

Offer any other ICT related support.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Diploma or equivalent in ICT related studies.

Strong experience with MS Office Applications.

Basic experience with Microsoft 365.

Ability to think logically.

Good communications skill.

Strong customer service ethos.

Ability to work well with people.

Excellent organisational skills.
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€17,000 - €20,000 Gross Per Annum
