Our client, a distinguished Family Office based in Nicosia, is seeking a dedicated 'IT - Computing & Infrastructure Expert' to own day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations for the family office. The ideal candidate will provide L1/L2 end-user and systems support, manage IT service delivery through processes and tools, lead small-to-mid IT projects, administer servicers & vendors, execute and track IT budgets. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as primary point of contact for IT issues and requests across all sites
- Diagnose and resolve L1/L2 incidents: Windows/macOS, email, MS Exchange online , MS Entra / ODFB & Shp operations , Teams/Zoom, VPN, Wi Fi, printers, file access, mobile accesses & security . endpoint devices HW / SW issues, INTERNET access , email security, social platforms Manage user identity/access: AD/Azure AD (Entra ID), MFA, group access, shared mailboxes, permissions, EXCHANGE Online & Teams L1 basic concepts , O365 licensing
- Handle onboarding/offboarding: accounts, devices, access, documentation, asset handover
- Coordinate with external providers for escalations (ISPs, cyber security vendors, IT Support Services vendors , MSPs)
- Monitor and act within the internal IT ticketing schema , coordinate external IT ticketing systems to meet our KIs and needs
- Execute :
- Incident management
- Service request catalog (common requests: access, equipment, software)
- Change management for small changes/releases
- Problem management basics (recurring issues, RootCauseAnalysis)
- Define , realize and uphold internal / external SLAs and reporting (first response time, resolution time, backlog, CSAT)
- Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base for: SOWs, Existing platforms , troubleshooting, onboarding guides, new business concepts
- Monitor and administer DORA compliance, internal BCPs , regulatory mandated works, internal or external managed services (CISOs and DPOs)
- Plan coordinate and deliver IT projects such as:
- New site setup (internet, Wi Fi, network, meeting rooms) or improvements
- M365 improvements (SharePoint, InTune , Purview , Teams governance, InTune , new capabilities)
- Device refresh cycles
- Backup / Resiliency improvements
- Periodic security audits , security hardening , (MFA rollouts, endpoint policies)
- Own timelines, risks, vendors, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation handover
- Maintain a simple project portfolio and priorities aligned with internal stakeholders
- Administer & execute annual IT budget:
- Hardware refresh and asset planning
- Software licensing
- ISP/telecom, managed services, warranties
- Uphold business plan as approved by stakeholders / principals
- Track spend vs budget, monitor renewals calendar, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Manage vendors/MSP performance against SLAs and deliverables
- Execute and standardize support processes and endpoint configurations across locations
- Ensure each site has reliable connectivity, ensure meeting rooms and platforms readiness, ensure users’ satisfaction
- Test and update sites’ BCPs
- Provide scheduled site visits and remote coverage
- Organize intercompany events or events supported by the Family Office
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Postgraduate diploma / degree in Information & Communication technology sector
- 7+ years in IT Support / IT Operations in a corporate / multinational, environment
- 5+ years in administering and supporting Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft DHCP / DNS servers , Azure & O365 platforms . Networks (WAN / WLAN) , Virtual Machines
- Network, Cybersecurity or Microsoft accreditations/ certifications in the last 4 years
- Familiar with PaaS , SaaS , SoC , CISOs , Cloud platforms and new cloud technologies
- Strong hands-on L1/L2 troubleshooting skills executed remotely and on site
- Strong problem analytical skills, strategic problem solving and corporate mindset
- Excellent English verbal and written skills (Proficiency Level)
- Top notch ownership & accountability duty sense
- Consistency in Documentation , delivery , reporting and closure quality of ITSM cases / Project
- Solid experience with: Microsoft Technology : Exchange Online & On-Prem, Microsoft O365 ,Entra , InTune , Outlook/ Emails and related mechanisms like DKIM and Domain systems, MS Auto-Pilot ,Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint)
- Identity & access platforms (AD/Azure AD/Entra ID, MFA, access permissions mechanisms)
- Networking implementations (site wise)
- Endpoint support (laptops , smartphones, macOS , iOS , )
- Basic networking (WAN , SASE , Wi Fi, VPN, SASE , SoC , ISP troubleshooting, DNS/DHCP concepts)
- Experienced in GRC models , governance , policies and BCPs
- Basic scripting Windows (PowerShell)
- DORA, DPO , BIA and IT audit practical experience
