GRS Recruitment are working closely with a well-known Forex Brand based in Limassol who are searching for an IT Dealing Desk Assistant to support the IT Dealing Desk Director. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation and continuous maintenance of all trading-related software and hardware components. This position involves providing comprehensive 24/5 support, monitoring systems around the clock to prevent and address any issues that may arise and ensuring that all trading platforms and infrastructure are functioning optimally. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Play a key role in monitoring and maintaining our trading infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Gain hands-on experience by assisting in the setup and administration of MT4 and MT5 servers, essential platforms in the trading industry.

Assist in monitoring bridge quoting and trading activities, contributing to a seamless trading experience.

Help integrate liquidity providers, ensuring our trading platform remains robust and competitive.

Assist in scaling instruments for counterparty execution and creating new symbols, directly impacting trading operations.

Get involved in the creation and management of bridge trading accounts, ensuring efficient order routing and replication.

Assist in testing and integrating plugins, contributing to the continuous improvement of our trading systems.

Play a part in the implementation and testing of Multi-Account Manager (MAM) licensing and gateway systems, broadening your technical expertise.

Provide support for client technical issues, helping to resolve challenges and maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Monitor and report any unusual events or incidents to the ETP Director, ensuring swift resolution of any issues.

Ensure the continuous operation of price feeds, a critical component of our trading platform.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Educated to bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related IT field

Experience within a similar role would be ideal

Good understanding of the markets and trading instruments

Must have very good interpersonal skills

Very good command of English

Very good correspondence skills required

Excellent organizational skills

Must be able to work rotation shifts

High flexibility in adapting to multiple roles
