MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Field support be the face of IT for the local site and the contact person for all IT related questions (incidents, request, projects, IT procedures, etc.)

Onsite support to users, infrastructure, and local operations

Coordinate local delivery activities, manage local and remote IT asset and inventory, and plan for refresh cycles (maintain desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, meeting room equipment, desk phones, mobiles, etc.)

Address end user tickets and provide resolution where needed per end user expectations

Proactively develop training programs and communicate various notifications for end users.

Provide second level support based on incidents and support request from Service Desk as requested by customers, in a timely manner and according to agreed standards and procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field

1-3 years of previous working experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role in any industry

Good communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal

Good troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to detail

Team player with a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes
