MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As the Field support be the face of IT for the local site and the contact person for all IT related questions (incidents, request, projects, IT procedures, etc.) 
  • Onsite support to users, infrastructure, and local operations
  • Coordinate local delivery activities, manage local and remote IT asset and inventory, and plan for refresh cycles  (maintain desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, meeting room equipment, desk phones, mobiles, etc.)
  • Address end user tickets and provide resolution where needed per end user expectations
  • Proactively develop training programs and communicate various notifications for end users.
  • Provide second level support based on incidents and support request from Service Desk as requested by customers, in a timely manner and according to agreed standards and procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field
  • 1-3 years of previous working experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role in any industry
  • Good communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player with a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes
