A growing, international real estate and developer company is currently looking for a IT Support Engineer to join the team in their Paphos-based offices. The successful candidate will have proven relevant experience, be fluent in Russian and English, and have an excellent ability to communicate competently with users. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical support for Multispace residents

Receiving and processing user requests through various communication channels

Performing regular tasks related to administration and maintenance of information systems (ACS, biometrics, Digital Signage, VCS, etc.)

Writing user manuals, consulting users on the operation of systems
-
Support of events using non-standard multimedia scenarios
-
Participation in the implementation of new IT projects and development of existing solutions
-
Escalation of issues to the 2nd and 3rd support line
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
-
Experience in technical support or administration
-
Ability to work with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), both for consulting users and for solving own tasks.

Knowledge of computer networking principles
-
Experience with Windows server and Linux will be an advantage.

Ability to communicate competently with users, explain technical nuances without using professional terms.

Availability to work after-hours and on weekends.

Fluency in Russian and English is a must.
