A well standing Legal Firm with offices in both Nicosia and Limassol is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an IT Support Officer for their Nicosia based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and evaluating technology issues and providing excellent support to the company internally.   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Evaluate and diagnose computer problems, offering timely and effective solutions.
  • Assist colleagues with Office and productivity tools, ensuring they can perform their roles efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and the company’s trusted vendors to ensure consistent and reliable operations.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or relevant subject.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience providing support for Office and productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both Greek and English.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or equivalent, are desirable but not required.
