GRS Recruitment are working with a growing brand based in Limassol who are searching for a Japanese Speaking Customer Support to join the team. For this role we are looking for a highly motivated individual to kick-start or advance their careers in the Forex industry with solid experience in the field. Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer services , sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields would be advantageous. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides Japan customer support through e-mail correspondence and online chats.
  • Handle a data base of clients (Client management).
  • Provide answers to customers by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding customer through corrective steps.
  • Liaison with other departments to ensure customers concerns are addressed.
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal contracts for clients.
  • Gathering and providing client documentation to relevant teams.
  • Maintaining up to date financial news on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Acts as first point of contact and resolves where possible customer complaints.
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to System/technical troubleshooting, Login/Account issues, Accounting (deposits and withdrawals) and overall trading.
  • Utilizing tools and resources in resolving customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Contributes to the overall customer satisfaction by ensuring high level of customer service in every transaction (phone/email).
  • Other ad-hoc duties as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer services , sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers. You should possess confident communication skills or be motivated to enhance your communication abilities.
  • Strong ownership of your responsibilities. You are proactive in addressing challenges, displaying a problem-solving mindset. You are a diligent worker, driven to achieve results, fearless when faced with obstacles, and hungry to start a rewarding career.
  • Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese is highly preferred.
