A global retail and institutional Forex introducing broker is opening an office in the Far East region and searching for a Japanese speaking Senior FX Sales Associate to join their team in Japan (or work remotely). The ideal candidate will, ideally have 5 years’ experience in FX and be able to converse fluently in Japanese and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide account support to retail and institutional customers and keep clients informed of new product launches and other FX developments.

Interact with existing and onboard new Introducing Brokers/Money Managers from the Middle East region

Interact with various internal departments (Sales and Marketing, Trading, Legal, Onboarding, Technology)

Ability to understand the full front to back process and identify gaps, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements for the Arabic sales department

Meet/exceed incremental annualized revenue targets for retail and institutional sales

To maintain and build-up a strong FX Advisory and Sales capabilities in the Middle East region

Ensuring a prompt and efficient service to the assigned regions and markets in terms of product offerings

Preparing useful and relevant marketing briefs on new products

Meeting of clients - internal and external - to keep our clients informed about our product capabilities

Maintain thorough knowledge of FX products and services by initiating frequent contact with other financial or competitor institutions, partners and keeping abreast of laws and regulations affecting the industry

Constantly seek out new sources of leads and client referrals
CANDIDATE PROFILE

5+ years’ experience in FX, ideally within the Middle East region

Fluent in Japanese and English - any additional languages a plus

Strong understanding of fX products and all aspects of the FX workflow

Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Willing to coordinate and travel to B2C and B2B FX trade shows throughout the Middle East region

Efficient in Word and Excel. Knowledge of Hubsot a plus

Demonstrate success in a high-level, complex sales environment

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships (both retail and institutional)
